The Hamilton Bowls Club was founded in 1925 and has grown to be one of the most successful and modern bowls clubs in South East Queensland. It boasts two excellent Bowls Greens with lights for Night Bowls (seasonal). Ideally situated in picturesque Hamilton, central Brisbane, just 6km from the CBD, Hamilton Bowls Club is easily accessible by all forms of public transport. It is also nestled between over 20 motels and has close proximity to the Brisbane airport

PRESIDENTS NOTES

There are to be significant renovations to the clubhouse in the New Year but our bowls will continue as proposed in our calendar.
A notice board has been set up near the outside bar and PLQ, Challenge and Competition notices will be posted there.
Expressions of interest have been received for the bowls coordinator position and are under assessment – hopefully the new coordinator will be operating when the new clubhouse is open.
Council has determined to again play a mixed pairs competition in 2012. Nominations will be called in March or April.
